I notice I’ve been going way over my bandwidth limit, so hurrah for this opportune post from Chris, which directed me to guidance on compressing web pages. Hopefully, I’ll see at least a big drop in my bandwidth usage as a result.

    Bandwidth limit?
    With broadband so cheap these days why aren’t you capped? And surely the reason for high bandwidth isn’t web page viewing but downloading really big files.

    Ryan (who doesn’t have the PC downloading 2gb of Lost whilst he’s typing this.)

    I was unclear 🙂 The bandwidth allowance for this site. I don’t have broadband, more’s the pity.
