18 Doughty Street Oct 30

This evening, I’ll be following in the footsteps of fellow LibDem bloggers Stephen Tall and Andy Mayer by keeping our end up on Iain Dale‘s Vox Politix discussion show on internet telly station 18 Doughty Street. Subjects up for debate include whether MPs are increasingly toeing the party line and the new climate change report by Sir Nicholas Stern.

The programme is 9pm-10pm and should be available to watch afterwards if you’re engrossed in Spooks at the time. Do watch live if you’re free though – either way, logging on to is the way in.

  1. Coo. Good luck. Are you travelling down or are you being interviewed remotely?

I’ll be there in the flesh – long weekend in London. See post below 🙂

Better bring a brolly to that tory wank-fest

  4. Saw most of the show – very good, I thought. How’d you enjoy it?

Mr Cheese, if you’d bothered to watch, I was the only Tory on the programme -and there were 5 other people. And I was keeping my hands to…er….myself….er….didn;t mean to say that 🙂

It was good fun, although none of the subjects that arose were particularly within my areas of expertise (such as they are). My heart sank when Iain said abortion was going to come up…

I’m going to have a look at the recording shortly to see if I waved my arms about quite as much as I think I did.
