Telephelone crisis

Filed under: Geeklife — Will @ 8:58 pm

My Nokia mobile phone has decided it doesn’t want to switch on any more. Bit of a problem really. If you’ve texted me today and I haven’t replied, that’s why. I can pick up voicemails but that’s it. It also means I can’t read email/blog on the move.

Deciding whether to get a new phone tomorrow or try to get this one fixed - maybe both, as I’m due a new phone but also want to retrieve my phone directory, text messages, notes, etc.

  1. You should use MobilEdit. It’s a free way (except for GPRS charges) to backup your contacts and notes (sms however you would loose).
