I made this

Filed under: Politics — Will @ 6:00 pm

Here’s my first bona fide official party video on YouTube - I’ve spotted a few things to do differently next time, not least finding a nicer backdrop.

Julia Goldsworthy MP is talking about the Sustainable Communities Bill, a private members bill recently published which aims to give local communities a greater say in their areas.

You can read more about the issue on Julia’s website.

  1. Nice video, nice bill… shame about the background. Head round to your nearest fabric shop and buy a big ol’ strech of the yellow stuff (can’t tempt you with some lovely blue?). Pin it up on the wall behind the camera, and it’ll do just as good a job as a professional (expensive) colorama.

  2. “finding a nicer backdrop”

Er. Yeah. Not so much the backdrop as such, as not have the ‘horizon’ slicing through her
    head!

  3. Do you think you will ever get to do a Lembit Opik/Cheeky Girls video?

  4. Glad to see we’re producing more videos Will. The more the better I say!

Perhaps get your next victim moving around a bit more. More challenging technically, but a lot more exciting. Interaction is the key.
