Indeed there it is a very strong argument forencouraging homosexuality because these latent homosexual promiscuous heterosexual men like Clinton are harming women by their inability to commit to women. Obviously I think it's rubbish. Men are genetically programmed to impregnate as many women as possible; women to be sure who the father oftheir child is. so a lot more straight men would be more promiscuous but for the lack of promiscuous women (societally I mean - individuals make individual choices), whereas promiscuity is associated with male homosexuality because of the balanced genetic programming. If this makes sense...!
