I thought the funniest bit was his response when he actually turned and Sid told him his name would be Darth Vader … ‘Thank you master’ in a tone of voice which suggested ‘Cheers mate’

I got Henderson and Cushing.

I couldn’t see Prowse.

BTW… You know in SWIII where Sidius informs the newly rebuilt Vader that the thing he’d turned to the dark side to prevent was actually his fault for turning to the dark side. Wasn’t Vaders reaction unintentionally funny?

Four was the answer I intended when I decided to do this quiz. But in checking my facts - and it’s tricky because only five of the eleven actors in the scene got on-screen credits - I discovered that at least one of the others was in Who (and Blake’s 7) too.

By George, I think he’s got them all.

I have a feeling Leslie Schofield did two, The Face of Evil and The War Games (goodness knows how many episodes, but I’m sure it was much less than all 10), but can’t remember any Big Finishes for him; I’m fairly sure the others haven’t done any. Don Henderson just did the one, didn’t he - and a rather better sci-fi series than the Who he was in for ITV at the same time - as well as an interview in some documentary, but that wouldn’t count. I think Dave Prowse was just one, too, and his minotaur probably only appeared for a couple of minutes either side of a cliffhanger.

I’d go for Cushing for his three movies playing the Doctor, including the unofficial one with exactly the same performance, At the Earth’s Core

Well, my level of Star Wars geekdom is thankfully low, so I’m just going to go for the four I recognise - Henderson, Schofield, Cushing and Prowse.

As for who’s been in the most Who, Cushing’s two films would seem to put him in the lead, but I’m going to go for Leslie Schofield on the grounds he’s the sort of actor who could well have done a lot of Big Finish work and he should get bonus Blake’s 7 points, anyway.
